• In my 20 year experience of floral design and event planning, I would say Peter’s work rates at the top of the chart.  I have worked with Peter on several events and not only is the food creative and exquisite, but his staff and service are at a level that you just don’t find anywhere else in the Berkshires.
• I know that most people don’t expect great food at a wedding but that was very important to us.  My mother is a professionally trained gourmet cook and a tough critic and we cannot say enough about Peter and his crew.  They did a fantastic job, every detail was taken care of.  The food was delicious, people are still commenting on how much they enjoyed it.  
• Not only was the food delicious but Peter could not have been nicer to work with!  He has a wonderful laid back style and handled everything with ease.  For example my place cards got left somewhere on the way to the wedding which were meant to indicate who was having beef or fish…Peter had to somehow improvise at the last minute..I still have no idea what he did but the point is he handled it quietly with a smile.  Nobody at the wedding would have known anything was wrong.  Nothing was too much trouble, everything was on time, his staff was incredibly pleasant…overall a super job.  Peter went above and beyond the entire weekend…the food was one thing we never had to worry about.
